Although the sheikh's voice is average to say the least, I'm thrilled at such a great discovery of another of these old Quranic 78RPMs that indeed give us a glimpse on pre-radio reciters and help us relate them to their more recent peers. I hope anyone with more of these records with voices such as Hasan Khidr's or Ali Al-Fallah's can share them with us. I myself was happy to listen to a reciting by Sheikh Amin Hasanin on a Polyphon disk a while ago but I'm not sure where the forum stands at that point with regard to pre-1930 recitations.
