This was posted today on YouTube by Issa Mitri. It's relatively a short performance for this song (barely 40 minutes). The lady is very energetic and her voice is super beautiful. She doesn't do extended improvisations, but there are two places that she does things I didn't hear in other performances (I'd appreciate info on what maqam's she was singing on in these two parts):
1. Sobort Sneen: 16:30 - 17:02
2. W Yizdad El Gawa : 24:41 - 25:26
In the first section you mentioned, she alters, for a very short moment, the scale of rāst in which she was extemporizing to change it to nahāwand, then immediately reverts to rāst, hence the very nice effect produced. In the second section, the scale is ḥigāz.
I am not referring here to full maqām here, but just the tetrachord, i.e. what some call a "gins"
